Welcome to the home of Barnwood United

Our history defines us. Established from a youth team to keep friends and family playing regularly together, we pride ourselves on inclusiveness and honesty.

Grassroots football is becoming increasingly unsustainable, between 2015 and 2020, a staggering 20% of local teams ceased playing. But for over 45 years we have overcome every threat to our existence and with each challenge we have faced, our community has responded by coming closer together and collaborating to survive.

In 2022 we proudly returned to our roots by growing into Youth football, where our principles will thrive and the local area will benefit.  Our coaches are serious about making Barnwood United a fun and prosperous Football Club and we are always on the lookout for the players who will fit in.
